Renovation of the temples

Syamalamba Temple, Kaikalur

Reconstruction of Sri Syamalamba Group of temples at Kaikalur, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh.

Sri Syamalamba Group of temples namely Syamalamba Ammavaaru, Sri Ramalingeswara, Sri Rameswara, Sri Kanakalingeswara temples were constructed nearly 300 years ago. As the temples are getting old and in dilapidated condition, with the directions of his holiness Swami Jayendra Saraswati, Kanchi Kamakoti Peethadhipathi, the renovation started in May 2007. Half of the work is completed and muhurtham from Kumbhabhishekam is going to be performed on 28th Feb 2007 by his holiness. The total estimation of renovation is approximately 75 Lacs. So far, an amount of 50 Lacs was collected by donations from the public in and around Kaikalur.

Now, we appeal to donate amounts liberally for the renovation work and get the blessings of the God.
